1. The ultrasonic embossing and slitting machine adopts an ultrasonic system toperform embossing and slitting cutting on various fabrics or chemical fabrics.After slitting, the cutting edge is soft and the silk edge is sturdy, without sheddingfabric chips or discoloration,overcoming the shortcomings of laser cutting ma-chines.
2. This machine reduces the waste of raw materials by 10%, and at the sametime, it has multiple options such as straight knife edge cutting, embossed edgecutting, and flat pressure edge cutting. The cutting size can be adjusted inde-pendently, greatly mproving the cutting speed.
3. Replacing the flower roller mold car press different patterns of solder joint pat-terns.
