The fully automatic production line for non-woven disposable slippers consists of a slipper body machine and a packaging machine. This machine is a 5th generation improved version with fast speed and stable production quality. The non-woven fabric has a thin sole design, and the finished product has a rounded edge. The multi-layer materials of the shoe tray and sole are welded by ultrasonic waves, with firm edge sealing, wear resistance, anti slip, non-toxic, and antibacterial properties. Suitable for one-time use by customers in fast hotels, inns, clubs, home receptions, saunas and beauty salons, it can effectively enhance the corporate image and customer experience, and will comprehensively replace traditional knitting techniques. The materials are naturally biodegradable, meeting the increasingly important environmental protection needs.
