★Big cake mask machine is an automatic machine used for printing, drawing, cutting, welding, punching, cutting and forming of round cake masks. The whole process of the whole equipment is automated, and different round cake masks can be produced according to the mold shape. According to the product needs of the selection of raw materials can produce to meet different standards such as FFP2, FFP3 and other round cake masks, automatically complete the production of finished products, can also be customized according to customer needs to meet various needs of the automatic production line.
Features:
1. This pie body mask making machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, main conveyor belt adopts imported servo motor transmission, accurate transmission, stable control, adjustable speed.
2. The whole line is fully automated, with a production speed of 60-80 pcs/min , and can be produced without shutdown during feeding.
3. Melt spray can be cold pressed, the product quality can reach FFP3 grade
4. The equipment is easy to maintain, modular design, can be quickly spliced, to achieve rapid production.
5. The equipment size is small,100 × 1200 × 1600 mm covers less area, convenient for air transportation.
6. Each module can be used separately, free combination
7. Adopt imported servo motor, imported pneumatic components, high precision.
8. The material size is small, photoelectric detection of raw materials, avoid mistakes and reduce waste.
9. The machine adopts pulley and fixed foot, which is convenient and fast to move, strong and fixed, and does not waver.
